All taxes and duties are included in our prices. We ship internationally from Mauritius via FedEx. While customs procedures may vary, our sales team is here to assist you with any shipping delays.

Shipping Fees and Services
We offer complimentary insured delivery worldwide for orders over $1000.
For orders below $1000, shipping fees will be based on FedEx's standard rates, which vary depending on your location.
All taxes and custom duties are included in our prices. Please note that we ship internationally from Mauritius via FedEx, a third-party delivery service. Some destination countries may take longer to complete the customs process. While we cannot control your country’s customs procedures, we encourage clients to contact our sales team if they experience any delays in shipping, as we are always ready to assist.
All deliveries within Mauritius are handled by our in-house business courier. For deliveries outside of Mauritius, we use FedEx. On rare occasions when we use a different courier, we will inform you ahead of shipping.
We understand that you might want to keep your purchase a secret. Therefore, we ensure our packaging is discreet, using plain, unbranded materials on the outside so your partner doesn’t see the ring before you’re ready.

Whichever courier service we use, you will have a tracking number for your parcel.As the courier services are third party, we don't have much sway in their operations. For any situation out of the ordinary, please contact the courier service, e.g. your item states delivered, but you can't find it. Please do also reach out to our team to let us know of the situation as we will endeavour to do what we can to help as well.
If your order has been shipped through FedEx: FedEx will send you the tracking number directly via email for you to track your order.
If your order has been shipped through our in-house business courier service: We will contact you via text/email with your 1-hour delivery time slot.
If you need any assistance once your order is out for delivery, please contact the courier service directly.
You can contact the courier directly to seek alternative delivery options. The options with FedEx are as follows:
- Schedule a new delivery date
- Deliver to a neighbor
- Hold at a FedEx location for pickup
- Return to sender for us to resend on a different day
We strongly advise against having your item delivered to a third-party pickup location.
You may be able to change your delivery day directly with the courier service. However, we advise against this if possible, as it increases the risk of incorrect delivery.
You can update your delivery address or specify a safe place by contacting your courier service directly. We recommend being available to receive your parcel, but if that’s not possible, ensure the person receiving it is someone you trust or adjust the delivery day to a more convenient time.
Address and Collection Options

Expedited and Special Services
We can’t guarantee that we’re able to speed up the process of your Made to Order forever jewellery. The quality of your piece is important to us and we want you to cherish it for life, and with so many custom components it’s best not rushed. That being said, if you do have a specific deadline in mind, please get in touch and we’ll do our utmost to help.
Resizing typically takes 10 working days from the time we receive the item.
Stone certification typically takes 5-10 business days. However, this timeframe may vary depending on the time of year.
Adhering to our stringent quality control standards, most repairs typically take around 10 business days. The timing is subject to the nature of the repair and may be extended on a case-by-case basis.
