Right to Refund
If you wish to return your e-commerce product, please send us an email at sales@legemjewels.com within fifteen (15) days of receiving your item. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
All sales are deemed final if no refund is requested within the fifteen (15) day period after you receive your product from us.
We offer a full exchange or refund of our gemstone and diamond Made to Order collection, provided the item is returned to us in unworn condition within 15 days from the day you receive your piece. The jewellery must be returned within this 15-day window with proof of shipping provided to us. Returns and exchanges initiated in this window but not completed within this window will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Conditions for Return:
- The jewellery must be unworn, and the diamond must be checked for the inscription under a microscope before the refund is approved.
- The jewellery must be returned within the 15 days; it will not be accepted if the return process is only initiated within the 15 days.
- Refunds will not be issued for diamond jewellery without accompanying certificates.
- Bespoke, resized, and worn items will not be eligible for exchange.
- All international returns must be shipped via FedEx, and the return shipping fees are covered by the buyer. Additional costs, such as customs fees, are also covered by the buyer. Please provide us with the tracking number or proof of postage once the item has been shipped.
Conditions of Return Policy
We will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of our Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy. If so, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, tags and stickers attached (if applicable), as well as with the original LEGEM box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used or altered from its original condition, or reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
If you have received complimentary items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by us to ensure the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, we will refuse the return and send the products back to you. If the returned product satisfies QC, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Failure to comply with these Conditions of Sale will entitle us to refuse the returned product and send it back to you at your own cost. Refunds are returned to the original method of payment.
All pieces returned to us are subject to a wear and tear evaluation by our team. If deemed worn, your refund eligibility will be void, and the piece will be eligible either for exchange or to be returned back to you.
Indications of Wear and Tear Include:
- Scratches anywhere on the band.
- Small dents in the metal.
- Scratches, dents, or superficial marks on the gemstone(s).
- Misshapen band.
- Lifted prongs.
- Evidence of tampering with gemstones and diamonds.
- Dirt under the setting.
- Missing accent stones.
Important Notes:
- Our bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This also applies to orders where we source a specific stone colour or shade for you.
- Earrings can only be returned if unworn due to hygiene reasons.

International Returns: We do not cover the cost of shipping back to us for international returns, but otherwise, returns and exchanges are free of charge provided they comply with our policy and the jewellery is in unworn condition. You can easily have most rings resized. Our first resizing within your 15-day standard exchange/refund period is complimentary. If you require resizing outside of this period, please contact us for assistance. Please note that once we resize a ring for you, your order becomes non-refundable.
If you have a LEGEM ring, we recommend having any resizing or repair work done by our workshop. This ensures that the work is carried out to our standards and maintains the integrity of your piece. While we do not offer a manufacturer's warranty, using our workshop for such services ensures the best care for your LEGEM jewelry.
