While you don't have to book an appointment to visit our showroom, we highly recommend it to ensure we prepare the perfect pieces for your visit and give you ample time to try on items and ask any questions.
If you are unexpectedly in the area and would like to visit, we can accommodate walk-in appointments, provided a member of our sales team is available to assist you.
Please note that we will ask you to call ahead to provide your estimated time of arrival (ETA), full name, contact number, and email address. For security reasons, we also ask for a copy of your ID upon arrival.

We would love to welcome you to our Legem Mauritius showroom for in-person appointments.
Our showroom is located at 9 Georges Guibert St, Curepipe 74252, Mauritius. We take appointments 6 days a week, Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, and Saturday from 10am to 2:30pm, by appointment only. Please call us prior to traveling to check on walk-in availability.

Yes, we offer virtual appointments for our clients outside of Mauritius. Virtual appointments can be conducted via FaceTime, Zoom, Google Hangouts, or WhatsApp Video—whichever works best for you! These appointments function just like our in-person ones, with the only difference being that you won't be able to physically try the pieces on. Please enquire about our availability and schedule an appointment with our sales team.

We suggest booking an appointment with a member of our Sales team if you are unsure of your ring size. If you are not based in Mauritius, you are welcome to request a ring sizer sent out to you.
We also offer online appointments to help with ring sizing, but please note this may not be fully accurate. For the most accurate ring sizing, please visit a local jeweller who can assist you.

For international deliveries, we can deliver to most countries via FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Most EU countries: 2-4 working days, though Spain and Portugal can take longer.
- USA and Canada: Approximately 3-5 working days.
- Most Asian destinations: Approximately 3-5 working days.
- Australia and New Zealand: Approximately 5-7 working days.
- Middle East: Approximately 3-5 working days.
- African and South American countries: Delivery times vary.

For Made to Order pieces:
- We quote a lead time of 4-6 weeks as we are sourcing your stone specifically for you and crafting your piece around it.
For larger gemstones or bespoke orders:
- The lead time may be up to 8 or 10 weeks, depending on the style and complexity.
International Shipping:
- Please note that if we are shipping internationally, the destination may add an additional 5-7 business days to the lead time.
Urgent Orders:
- If you are in a hurry and need your piece sooner, please speak to us about our current in-store inventory to find an immediate solution.

We offer complimentary insured delivery worldwide for orders over $1000.
For orders below $1000, shipping fees will be based on FedEx's standard rates, which vary depending on your location.
All taxes and custom duties are included in our prices. Please note that we ship internationally from Mauritius via FedEx, a third-party delivery service. Some destination countries may take longer to complete the customs process. While we cannot control your country’s customs procedures, we encourage clients to contact our sales team if they experience any delays in shipping, as we are always ready to assist.

For local purchases within Mauritius:
- All gemstone and jewelry purchases made within Mauritius are subject to the local Value Added Tax (VAT) of 15%. This tax is included in the final purchase price displayed on our website and in-store.
For international purchases outside Mauritius:
- International purchases shipped from Mauritius are not subject to Mauritian VAT. However, import duties and taxes may be applicable in the destination country. These charges vary depending on the country's regulations and are not included in our final price. Customers are responsible for paying any additional fees required by their local customs authorities.
Our industry-leading packaging is double tamper-proofed and unbranded on the outside. As a result, it is secure and discreet at the same time.

As a Made to Order business, we don’t maintain a large inventory of pieces, nor do we have images of every possible combination, especially if it’s a custom request that hasn’t been made before.
However, we are pleased to share photos of similar pieces we have created in the past for your reference. These images might have different specifications than the exact piece you’re interested in, but we strive to provide detailed information and context to help you make an informed decision.
As a Made to Order business, we have lower overheads, allowing our prices to remain competitive.
We are vertically integrated and do everything in-house, from sourcing to crafting. We source our gemstones directly from their countries of origin or from dealers specialising in particular regions. This allows us to cut out the middlemen in the supply chain, who typically add an average markup of 10x from mine to market.
We can accept payments in MRU, GBP, USD, and Euro.
For international orders outside of Mauritius, we advise paying either in USD or GBP.
Please note, if paying in GBP, we can remove the VAT. However, this makes you liable to pay taxes and customs duties in your destination country. Should you pay the VAT on the GBP price, we cover the cost of taxes and duties when shipping to you from Mauritius.
Yes. Once you have placed your order, please send an email to sales@legemjewels.com stating your preferred gift message. We recommend adding your name to the gift message as the package will include no additional information that identifies you as the giver. Your customised message will arrive with your gift package.
