Sizing
You can have most rings resized easily and our first resizing, within your 15 days standard exchange/refund period, is complimentary.
Kindly note, that your order becomes non-refundable after we resize a ring for you, but always exchangeable as per our standards T&Cs.
We recommend scheduling an appointment with our Sales team if you are uncertain about your ring size. For those outside of Mauritius, you can request a ring sizer to be sent to you.
We also offer online appointments to assist with ring sizing, though please be aware this method may not be entirely accurate. If you are not near Mauritius and need precise sizing, visiting a local jeweler for assistance is advised.
Yes, you are welcome to send your ring back to us for resizing if you are not based in Mauritius. If you are within the 15-day return period, we offer resizing as a complimentary service.
While we do not cover the cost of shipping, we can assist with organising collection and delivery back to you. Please contact our Sales team for an estimate of the cost based on your location.
